The present Order will continue to run until such time as the applying to extend has been finalised. Decision dated 1st March 2022 ordering Reich, the Landlord’s dealer, to reveal the commissions included throughout the insurance coverage premiums. The Tribunal had initially dismissed the Applicants’ first such application but following a case administration listening to in September 2021 they reviewed their determination and ordered Reich to disclose commissions paid to them by the Landlord. Because commissions and paid directly by the underwriting insurer Reich disclosed the quantity of £0, which resulted within the Applicants making their second Rule 20 software. …
