Donald Trump attorney Will Scharf says Michael Cohen ‘completely collapsed’ on stand in hush money case

An attorney for former President Trump suggested Sunday that his defense team no longer needed to question Michael Cohen’s testimony after he “completely collapsed” on the stand last week.

Cohen, Trump’s one-time fixer and attorney, took the witness stand last week in the former president’s hush money trial and was later grilled by Trump’s defense team during cross-examination.

“Michael Cohen, I believe, has just completely collapsed on the stand under the most frequent cross-examination by President Trump’s trial team,” attorney Will Scharf said on “Fox News Sunday.” “So, at this moment, I don’t think there’s any further need to call

Rebecca Grossman — who was convicted in February of second-degree murder for the deaths of two young boys — told a judge in Van Nuys Friday that she wanted to stick with her new attorney, despite prosecutors’ concerns about a potential conflict of interest over the lawyer’s representation of one of their former supervisors, who is awaiting arraignment on criminal charges.

PA Attorney General warns Red Lobster bankruptcy could impact gift cards, rewards

Pennsylvania Attorney General Michelle Henry issued a statement, advising customers of potential impacts from Red Lobster restaurant closings, as the chain files for bankruptcy.

Although the location closures so far have mostly affected restaurants in other states, Red Lobster’s website lists a location in Erie that has already closed.

Attorney General Henry advises consumers to check the Red Lobster website to determine the status of their local Red Lobster, and to track potential closures going forward.
